We have replaced the controller, replaced the cabling, forced a firmware rewrite on the controller, made sure all other drivers are up to date, reimaged, swapped computer, cleared user profiles, hand installed the software in various orders and locations(which all the smart software always comes with side by side configuration errors in event viewer), everything, but to no avail.

The current main case(s) what happens is at some point smart helper service, smart board service(not listed in services), smart system menu, and smart ink all stop running. We have that set to disabled, fixed some more but not others. We've rolled down the list of things, our director has a suspicion that Windows tablet input service may be conflicting with ink. Setting that to restart the service instead fixed some but not others. At first, we identified that the smart helper service would stop and never recover(recovery settings were set to take no action). We have smartboards randomly disconnecting. We remedied that by updating drivers and ink to the most current(12.13 for the drivers, ink is whatever the latest is, it's been updated once or twice since we started having issues).

Initially, we had manifest a scaling issue in 1903 where the touch wouldn't scale to match the display scaling teachers set. We rolled out 1903 with a computer deployment of Optiplex 3060s(junk, but for other reasons). I've been hesitant to post anything because we're using notebook 11.4 on those boards(any room with the new MX panels are using 19) and support has basically told us to stuff off until we roll out 19 even though we are using the current drivers and ink from them and it happens with or without notebook installed for us.
